Men's Best Ball Champs are Crowned

wsga best ball champs 2013 200adKENT, WASHINGTON – Chris Bae of Issaquah with Craig Larson of Tacoma, paired up to win the 57th WSGA Men's Best-Ball held at Meridian Valley Country Club by two strokes with a two-day total of 14-under par 130 - On the senior side, Chris DeGrazia of Lynnwood with Mike Hickok of Kirkland captured the spoils with a winning score of 8-under par - The format for the championship was a 36-hole Four-Ball stroke play (gross and net) and this year, the popular event comprised a full field of 89 teams - Full Results

Husky Duo Named All Pac-12

chris williams 150dWALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- The Pac-12 announced its all-conference golf selections today and Chris Williams and Cheng-Tsung Pan were named to the first team, while Trevor Simsby earned honorable mention - Michael Kim of California was named the Pac-12 Men's Golfer of the Year, Jon Rahm of Arizona State was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, and California coach Steve Desimone was tabbed Pac-12 Coach of the Year in a voting by the Conference's men's golf coaches - For Williams, it is the third time he has been named to the first team and fourth overall all-conference recognition
