UW 3rd at Pac-12 Championships

uofw 150aLOS ANGELES -- Chris Williams finished T3 among individuals and Trevor Simsby T5 to lead the University of Washington men's golf team to a third-place finish in the Pac-12 Championship at Los Angeles Country Club on Wednesday - Simsby's 68 on the par-70 course was tops among the Huskies' six golfers that combined to shoot 354 in the final round. The team's score of +4 was second best on the day, trailing only California's even-par 350 - Results

Cougars Finish 11th at Pac-12's

wsu 150aLOS ANGELES - With the fourth and final round of the 2013 Pac-12 Championships in the books, the Washington State University men's golf team finished in 11th place at 98-over. Senior Hank Frame and sophomore Michael Anderson each earned places in the field's top 25 - The Washington State men's team was 32-over in Wednesday's final round. The Cougars were just 11 strokes shy of Colorado (87-over), 12 strokes back from both Arizona and Oregon State (13-over), and 18 strokes away from No. 12 USC (80-over).
