GW Notes: I've played Latah Creek Golf Course back when it was known as Hangman Valley GC. A bunch of us traveled to Spokane for a buddy golf trip and Latah Creek was one of the courses we played. For you "grip it & rip it" types, the fairways at Latah Creek are wide enough that you can beat driver on most holes. Both the named after Latah Creek, which is in play on nearly half of the holes, and well bunkered greens serve as protectors of par. Their aqua driving range is kinda' cool and adds to the fun. A stocked pro shop and onsite restaurant are all part of the service. The course was in good condition from tee thru greens on the day I played, and I enjoyed the layout. I'd recommend Latah Creek when in the Spokane area.
